Linocutting Work
HOW IT IS MADE
Each print is brought to life with hand-carved linoleum stamps, their designs pressed onto the paper with custom textile ink. This ink is a fusion of natural elements—ashes, charcoal, and soot—blended with a touch of oil to create a rich, sustainable medium.
I create my own paper, as well as importing handmade papers from Asia.
CREATION PROCESS
Paper making
My handmade sheets of paper are created outside in the Arizona sun. They’re composed of shredded mail, utility bills, plant life and imported Mulberry bark.
My new mold & deckle for papermaking is also handmade! Created from unneeded canvas frames, plus some window mesh, I have found a way to create custom sizes.

SUSTAINABILITY PROJECT
To match my handmade paper, I realized my next step was creating ink from scratch to use in my prints.
Recreating the desert around me with all natural and recycled materials has created one-of-a-kind prints.
